The Roosevelt Institute is considered the most important pediatric hospital of national reference in Colombia

We are a pediatric university hospital with a non-profit health care network, which seeks the well-being of its users, being leaders in specialized pediatrics, orthopedics and rehabilitation. In 2020, We received, Accreditation in Health of Excellence, by Icontec and ISQua

Our main specialty is Pediatric Orthopedics, following by neurosurgery, epilepsy, cochlear implant, maxillofacial surgery and rehabilitation in patients with disabilities, we have 5 surgery rooms.
We are around 850 employees and work with 16 universities having more than 1450 students per year.

In the midterm, we are working in Joint Commission and Temos Internacional accreditation.

Center of reference for telemedicine and tele-health support in surgical specialties and mental health and rehabilitation.

40% of our patients are from remote cities of Bogotá and we are considered the most important pediatric hospital of national reference in Colombia.

Our capacity included have 148 beds, 5 surgery rooms, 3 independent buildings.

Currently we are part of the Ortiel Network in alliance with the Teletón Foundation.

We were nominated as one of the 10 best 20th century social causes in Colombia; and we were a key support of poliomyelitis eradication in Colombia.

We are a pediatric university Hospital, accredited in health with Excellence, this distinction was received in 2020 by Icontec and ISQua.

Our headquarters are located in the middle of a forest reserve in Bogotá, bordering Monserrate hills, far way 20 minutes the El Dorado International Airport and 4.5mk from the International Center.
